I called late Friday afternoon to order flowers for a Saturday memorial service. I was told that the flowers were pretty picked over but they'd do their best to make a beautiful arrangement. When I entered the church on Saturday, I was greeted by the family with "The flower arrangement you sent is absolutely stunning! He would have loved it so we've put his photo with it!" I turned the corner & looked at the altar, There was the most vibrant, glorious bouquet of flowers framing my friend's picture. Thank you, Flower Dude, for the care & beauty your art brought to this celebration of life.

Not at all what I ordered! I ordered the piece Lily plant and I received a basket full of individual plants with one Lily stuck in the middle. I did not even get to see the plant until the day of the funeral.. So I did not have the option to decide if that's what I wanted in place of the piece Lily plant. Will not order from them again.

I ordered a peace lily for my brother in law's funeral and received a basket of assorted plants with one Lily stick in the middle. They didn't ask if a substitution was ok and I didn't see the plant until the day of funeral. I was so disappointed. Will never order from them again. Wish they had an option to add a picture to this review.

I ordered a custom standing spray for a funeral from The Flower Dude. I asked for something in primary colors, fun & outside the box. Wow! Did The Flower Dude deliver exactly what I wanted! Today The Flower Dude delivered my flowers to the wrong front door-there were 4 units on the address all of which were wrong because the USPS changed the address. But instead of calling my phone #, they delivered the flowers to one of the units and now they are wilted because they almost froze! (This after I had called Blooms).

That's a new one...we've never been blamed for USPS changing an address before. P.s. flowers don't almost freeze...they either do or they don't. Or coolers are kept at 34 degrees. It's 36out now?!?

Absolutely amazing services. This is my first time ordering flowers online, so I was a little skeptical about the services and the quality of the flowers. They not only provided my fiancé fresh flowers but also threw in free balloons and chocolate because they couldn’t delivered on the specified date. The flowers were well taken care of and were done the exact way I wanted them the flowers lasted quite a while after my event as well compared to boring store bought flowers that end up dying after a few days.
